Where are you based?

Canary Wharf, London in the United Kingdom. Our software projects are hand crafted by professionals in the UK for quality. We only work on a few projects per month to make sure we give you the best of us. We can set up in person meetings only if you qualify for our next Cohort of projects.

Will my software project be secure?

Yes. We design software from the ground up to be secure and scaleable. Data is encrypted in transit over SSL and at rest in secure AWS servers in Oregon, USA. You can read more about Enterprise level security here.

Can my software product scale to many users?

Absolutely - you pay for server usage. So the server will scale up to accommodate for large user bases or teams for internal or public facing projects. Here is a document outlining the nocode tech stack we use and it's suitability for enterprise level scale.

Can we pay for our project in installments?

Absolutely. We usually offer 2-4 payment milestones depending on your project size.

Will we own the project?

Yes. You'll own your app's design, users and database content. Your app will need to stay hosted with Bubble®, but you'll own your app in your own Bubble® account. For more information on ownership, please contact us.

Do you provide aftercare for my project?

Yes, we provide a free bug-fix warranty for 30 days after your project has been handed over. We also provide ongoing support and build a long-term strategic partnership with you.
